Description

This is a urethane plastic jaw cast of a very large spotted hyena. The cast measures 5″ long (as measured in a diagonal line from the outside edge of the upper incisors to the back edge of the last molar) and 4 1/4″ wide (as measured across the widest outside point of the rear molars). Actual width can vary slightly but is about 1/4″ wider overall. All of the detail of the original skull’s bone shattering teeth have been captured in meticulous detail. The cast has been filled/backed with hard urethane foam for stability, and the foam also takes hot glue quite well. This would be perfect for use in masks, costumes or possibly for other craft or taxidermy uses.
