Description
This is a urethane plastic replica of a monster sized grizzly (also known as a coastal brown bear) skull cast in durable urethane plastic. Length is 18″, width is 11″, with a total score of 29″ (the entire skull, as measured with the lower jaw, is about 29 3/8″). Brown bear skulls don’t get much bigger than this, and this one was cast from an original record book specimen that is very robust and impressive all the way around. Bears this size can approach 1,500lbs in weight in the late fall right before hibernation if they find plenty of food, so the animal that the original skull came from had to have been enormous.
